Casualty Claims Management
Software - RISK2007
This software provides a powerful, user-friendly tool ideal for
third party administrators or any organization that
self-administers its insurance. By gathering all information in
one place, it allows users to easily track workers compensation,
liability and property claims as they move through the system.
Through its computerized management of occurrence, exposure
line, and claim unit transactions, the system easily tracks
indemnity and expense reserves, recoveries, payments, and
calculated total-incurred information. Every data record in the
CRM system model is dated and user ID labeled for historical and
date sensitive local and remote reporting. No transaction is
ever deleted ensuring that each customer’s complete data history
set becomes accessible for risk analysis.
The CRM claim system module is open architecture and keyed by
occurrence rather than exposure line, ensuring:
1. An unlimited number of exposure lines (Worker’s Compensation,
General Liability, Auto Liability, Auto Physical Damage, Inland
Marine Cargo, Loss of Service/Revenue, etc.) and:
2. An unlimited number of claim units (Medical, Rehabilitation,
Death, Employers Liability, Bodily Injury, Personal Injury,
Property Damage, etc.) — all attached to the original
occurrence.
This fully customizable system allows data reports to be
categorized, queried, and sorted in almost any way that the
organization need. Incidents may be viewed from the occurrence,
exposure line, claim unit, or transaction level; and any data
report can be Web-enabled. Using CRM’s claims module, accident
notices and first reports of injury can be securely entered to
the actual working database from any remote site via the
Internet.
